Easy Garlic Bread

I found this stuff at Costco that makes awesome garlic bread. It's basically garlic and parmesan cheese.

You mix it into a softened stick of butter, spread the garlic butter on the bread, toast under the broiler or bake at 350 for 10 minutes, and it turns out heavenly.

Just watch it closely so it doesn't burn if you put it under the broiler like me.

I keep my leftover garlic butter in an old margarine tub in the fridge.

We bought this stuff thanks to you, but have you seen on the back that is says to cook it for 10 minutes at 350? It cooks perfectly and you don't have to watch it closely.

I think I have baked it at 350 before and it was perfect. I usually do the broiler because I am either in a hurry or don't want to heat up the oven/house. Can you tell I was doing other things while the bread in these pictures was under the broiler? I had to crop the burnt edges out of the picture. :)

If he's around during food prep I usually put Kevin in charge of tortillas, bread under the broiler, grilled cheese sandwiches, anything like that. He's so meticulous that they are never burned, always perfectly browned.
