Easy Milkshakes

Lately we've been blending up ice cream and milk in the blender to make milkshakes. The chocolate ice cream milkshakes tasted more like Frosty's, but our favorite are the Oreo milkshakes that we make with cookies and cream ice cream. The consistency is better.

ice cream flavor of your choice
milk - amount depends on how much ice cream and the consistency you want.

Directions are simple: Blend.

Yum! That is how we make ours. Well same ingredients anyways. Brian mixes them up by hand, and we always use vanilla ice cream and milk, and then use crushed up oreo's and put them inside. Once we have a blender again, your way seems much easier.

I don't know, Chantel, making milkshakes in the glass with a spoon like that reminds me of my childhood. We would make it with just plain vanilla ice cream and milk and called it ice milk, and to me it tastes different. Soo good that way.

The only reason we made these ones in the blender is so we didn't have to mix up the kids' shakes for them. :)
